Order processing

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Processing time begins on the next business day for orders placed on weekends or public holidays.

Tracked delivery to the United States

After dispatch, tracked international delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. Please allow approximately 13–23 business days from order placement to delivery.

Rates and free shipping

Standard tracked shipping is calculated from the total order weight and shown at Shopify Checkout before payment. US orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking and possible delays

A tracking link is sent after your order has been dispatched. Public holidays, customs inspections, severe weather and remote-area delivery can extend the estimated timeframe.
